The so-called EPS foam cutting machine is a kind of equipment used to process foam, sponge and other materials required by the chemical industry. Currently, lasers are mainly used for cutting. Since the fine cutting of the laser beam is not easily deformed, the cut is smooth, and the edges are not blurred, it is currently used in various fields. Of course, in the process of using a foam cutter, it is inevitable that breakdowns will result and require repairs. Now we will say the following precautions during maintenance.

Only those who know how to do this should repair or replace components! In order to prevent accidents or machine damage, the following principles must be observed during the inspection process:

1. When a failure occurs, disconnect the power and stop the machine;

2. When the machine cannot be used normally, consult the manual and operation manual to determine the correct measures to be taken; before checking or replacing components, the power must be turned off first.

3. Parts (parts) removed during the inspection shall be replaced with identical new parts (parts) at the same location. Instruments used during the inspection must be calibrated.

4. It is forbidden to place flammables or metal objects in the electric cabinet or junction box;

5. Regularly check cables and wires for damage to prevent leakage or electric shock.
